The best thing is that kids love buttons. When I was little I had a button collection and would spend hours and hours counting the buttons, putting them into neat colour piles and sorting them from littlest to biggest. My daughter loves buttons now, and I still love them as well. In fact, I may just make some buttons from the Fimo clay I have bought. Hmmmm, have you ever noticed how one creative thought leads to another.

Would you like some more button fun? Cat Morley has this great tutorial to make a button bracelet. I love these. They are so cute. In the same way that a bracelet is made you could also make a necklace.

I’m looking for pictures of label pins or pins made with buttons. We have tons of buttons and thought it’d be neat for the kids to make the pins for gifts for the holidays. Can’t find anything online. Would you have a hint or any ideas on how to make them. Thanks
